This alternative monitoring method shall be used to demonstrate compliance with the NOX emission standards and limitations established under Condition 3 – Table 1.a.5.i.A, Condition 3 – Table 1.a.5.i.B, Condition 3 – Table 1.a.5.ii, Condition 3 – Table 1.a.6.i.A, and Condition 3 – Table 1.a.6.i.B. At the time of writing this permit, the applicable Appendix E requirements are as follows: Missing Data Procedures. Provide substitute data for each unit electing to use this alternative procedure whenever a valid quality-assured hour of NOX emission rate data has not been obtained according to the procedures and specifications of this appendix.
